The Executive Mindset Mastery program is not an off-the-shelf training program. It’s a series of tailor-made modules designed specifically to accommodate the unique needs of the group as a whole as well as the individual needs of each participant.
To accomplish this, Jayne will interview a representative from each of the participating groups to ensure that we have a clear view of the desired outcomes from each.
Content and training dates are determined based on your group’s requirements and availability over a period of three to six months.
Some modules are delivered in a live group setting and some are delivered virtually, again depending on your group’s requirements.
Live modules can range from a few hours to a full day at a time while the virtual modules are typically 60 to 90 minutes each in duration.
Who are the presenters?
Most of the program is delivered by Jayne Blumenthal. Some of the content is delivered by Steve Lowell and, on occasion an outside trainer may be procured to deliver a specific specialized module if required.
Jayne Blumenthal is the only trainer offering this specific combination of skills in the Ottawa area. None others are providing the fixed vs growth mindset, combined with the “Wealth Dynamics” principles and her own unique principles to mindset mastery.
In addition, no other trainer has the background and experience in this area equivalent to hers. Using the same principles she teaches in this program, Jayne grew her own business from zero to over $11 million in annual sales.
As the new president of a well-known synagogue in Montreal which had been operating at a large deficit for several years, Jayne was able to pull the team together, increase donations and bring the synagogue into a profit position all in a single year.
Her business experience and volunteer work along with her training in facilitation makes Jayne uniquely qualified to deliver this training.
Through Jayne’s facilitated and guided training, your staff will be involved in an educational series that will assist them in the following areas:
- Team Development
